Having been licensed exclusively in Arizona since 2006, I have seen and been involved in a multitude of different types of markets; balanced, seller, buyer, crashes, and balanced. Having a background in Finance and earning my MBA, I have a unique insight into the finance ins and outs of real estate transactions. I have developed a vast network of buyers and sellers and have maintained strong relationships with them. My ability to market and present homes has earned me recognition in numerous publications and platforms. I have qualified as a Sterling Award winner by having experience in existing home sales, new construction, HOA communities, 1031 exchanges, income properties, fix and flips, condominiums, and townhomes.
